Our tour with Elijah in Bethlehem was absolutely unforgettable. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all the Christian sites, sharing history, meaning, and stories in a way that felt both engaging and heartfelt. His humor and warm, pleasant personality made the entire experience even more special.
As a local whose family has lived in Bethlehem for generations, he offered an authentic perspective you simply can’t find in a guidebook. He even surprised us with a delicious lunch of falafel and chicken shawarma, and made sure we had the chance to taste a variety of Israeli foods along the way. It was such a thoughtful touch.
He also brought us to a wonderful gift shop with beautiful, affordable items — no pressure, just genuine recommendations.
If you’re visiting Bethlehem, I can’t recommend Elijah enough. He made the day meaningful, fun, and full of memories we’ll carry with us forever.

Polecam wycieczkę Betlejem/Qasr El Yahud/Jerycho. Wycieczka była bardzo dobrze zorganizowana, nie było problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca zbiórki. Wcześniej kontaktowałam się też z organizatorem przez WhatsApp, wszystko było okej. Elias był bardzo dobrym, przesympatycznym przewodnikiem - przyjemnie się go słuchało, opowiadał naprawdę ciekawe historie (a nie suche fakty) i wplatał mnóstwo elementów humorystycznych:) Po Betlehem, dalszą część wycieczki prowadził George, pomimo że teoretycznie dalsze zwiedzanie miało przebiegać we własnym zakresie. To było naprawdę ekstra miłe zaskoczenie - George bardzo się starał, zdecydowanie dzięki niemu wiemy o wiele więcej o Palestynie. Był otwarty na wszelkie pytania i również bardzo sympatyczny. Samo Jerycho nas co prawda nie porwało, ale pałac Hishama to zdecydowanie coś co warto zobaczyć. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy wziąć udział w tej wycieczce, jesteśmy mega zadowoleni i polecamy:) Oczywiście można Palestynę zwiedzać na własną rękę, ale my mieliśmy dość napięty grafik - i to było super że zobaczyliśmy wszystkie te rzeczy w jeden dzień, bez zbędnego marnowania czasu, z podwózką wszędzie i przewodnikiem.

Abbiamo fatto un tour di una giornata intera, a Betlemme e poi a Gerico, toccando diversi luoghi sacri e storici. Bellissima la chiesa della natività, ma anche ad esempio il palazzo di Hisham. Le nostre guida Elias e George sono state gentilissime e molto disponibili. Ottima organizzazione! Lo consiglio a chi vuole farsi un'idea della Palestina
We had a great 1/2 day private tour of Bethlehem from Jerusalem with Johnny from Elijah Tours. The cost was $250 USD total for my husband and myself (plus a tip for the guide and for the driver who took us from our hotel to the meeting point with the guide). We were a little nervous about traveling to the West Bank but it was actually totally fine and we needn't have been concerned at all.
Everyone from Elijah Tours was lovely and everything was handled flawlessly. Since we opted for the private tour, we were able to pick the time (we opted for an 9:30 am pickup) and the place (our hotel in Jerusalem) for pick up. Our friendly driver was right on schedule. They told us to bring our passports but when we got to the border crossing our car was waved through and we didn't even have to show them (in either direction, coming or going). When we arrived at the meeting point in Bethlehem our tour guide was waiting there for us.
Johnny had the timing worked out perfectly. You really need an experienced tour guide who knows when the sites close mid-day for processions, etc,. or you will get stuck without seeing all the sites, or stuck in a long line waiting for them to reopen.
He took us first to Shepherds Field, then to the Church of the Nativity. He was able to get approval from the priest to allow us to avoid the 2 hour line to see the cave grotto underneath where it is believed that Jesus was born. We also went to St Catherine's next door which includes St Jerome's Cave underneath. He also took us to the Milk Grotto. He had so much knowledge about each site and he has the talent of delivering the information in an enjoyable and engaging way.
We ended the day at a nice souvenir shop and bought a few olive wood carved pieces and a box of yummy dates. The prices were very reasonable, and they give you a discount for being tour customers. They had some pretty jewelry there too. Our ride back to the hotel was already waiting for us and they didn't make us feel obligated to buy anything. You could easily just head back if you want to. We got bank to our hotel about 1:30, so the whole experience was 4 hours door-to-door.
We're really glad we went and didn't let nervousness about going across the border stand in our way. It was really a great experience and Johnny was a great guide!
Not usually the type to write a review but I had a very good experience, Elias was very informative and entertaining providing us with good information and service 10/10 would recommend.

We took a private Day Tour to Bethlehem and Hebron. Elijah tours went above and beyond. We are Bible Christians from United States. We were really interested in all the biblical sites. We definitely enjoyed ourselves immensely and not only learned about the biblical sites.. but we also got to learn about the conflict in the area and the way the people live in area a of the West Bank.
Moh took us to Hebron. Definitely go with him he has a very in-depth and knowledge of the area and the conflict as he's been living there his whole life and used to work in public service.
Dia took us to Bethlehem. He is very knowledgeable of the history of the area and also is an archaeologist

We had an amazing time in Bethlehem and Dead Sea. Our tour guide was Elias and he really did an outstanding job!!! Elias explained everything well. He is very informative, organized, and funny. Did a half day private Bethlehem tour with Elijah Tours. After a slight mix up on which hotel, which Elijah sorted immediately, our driver took us into the West Bank. It felt like quite the adventure but we felt very safe. We meet our guide, Samuel, who was outstanding. We saw so much in such a short time and he explained everything really well. My Catholic friend was in tears of joy to be visiting such holy sights. So glad we went.
Anan was great! We loved the Golan Heights tour. We especially loved that we got to see Caesarea Philippi and Pan’s Grotto. We highly recommend this tour and your operator.

We took the half day tour from Jerusalem to Bethlehem last Thursday. Elias was our guide and he was excellent. He explained everything we saw in a very informative and entertaining manner and kept us busy during the very long wait at the Church of the Nativity. Even the stop at the shop was a delight with such a warm reception from the staff. Thank you Elias. Yalla Habibi!
