We understand that travel plans can change. Please read the cancellation terms below carefully before booking, as they vary by tour type.
Shared Day Tours
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour: Full refund
- Cancel within 24 hours, no-show, or late arrival: No refund
Private Day Tours
- Cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) before the tour: Full refund
- Cancel less than 72 hours before, on the day of the tour, or no-show: No refund
Multi-Day Tours & Tour Packages
- Cancel 30 or more days before the start date: Full refund
- Cancel 15–29 days before the start date: 50% refund
- Cancel less than 15 days before the start date, or no-show: No refund
Force Majeure & Security Situations
If a tour is cancelled or cannot proceed due to war, military operations, border closures, checkpoint restrictions, civil unrest, natural disasters, government orders, or any circumstances beyond our control, affected guests will be offered one of the following:
- A full credit valid for 24 months toward any future tour
- A rescheduled tour at no additional charge
No cash refunds are guaranteed in force majeure situations, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
