By using this website or submitting a booking, you understand and agree that: - Elijah Tours facilitates communication and booking between you and licensed tour providers - We collect payments as an intermediary and forward them (minus a referral commission) to the service provider - Your tour and services are fully operated and delivered by third-party providers, not Elijah Tours - Elijah Tours assumes no responsibility or liability for the quality, safety, legality, or fulfillment of any travel service SECTION 2 – BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS When you make a booking through this website, Elijah Tours collects your payment and passes it to the assigned tour operator. Our role ends once the booking is confirmed and forwarded. Any changes, cancellations, or complaints must be handled with the provider directly. By booking, you accept that: - Elijah Tours is not a tour operator - We do not issue travel insurance or provide direct support during your trip - We are not liable for any injury, delay, dissatisfaction, or issues related to your tour SECTION 3 – SERVICE CHANGES & ACCURACY Information shown on the website (e.g. itineraries, photos, pricing) is for general reference and may change without notice.
