Cancellation Policy

We aim to keep your booking flexible while allowing us to plan each tour properly. Cancellation terms depend on the type of tour.

Day tours

Shared day tours: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Private day tours: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Multi-day group tours

Multi-day tours include hotel reservations that we book in advance, so they follow a tiered schedule:

• Full refund if you cancel 30 days or more before the start date.
• 50% refund if you cancel 15 to 29 days before the start date.
• Non-refundable within 15 days of the start date, as hotels and arrangements are already secured.

Multi-day tours must be booked at least 21 days in advance.

How to cancel

To cancel or change a booking, contact us with your order number through our contact page or by WhatsApp. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
